Jonathan started Franklin Luxe Rentals after watching large firms treat luxury homes like line items. A Williamson County resident and property owner himself, he built the company on one promise: your home, cared for like his own.

Jonathan lives in Arrington with his wife Michelle, their three kids, and Lady, their German Shepherd. He owns a rental in Nolensville himself, so he sits on both sides of the table — he worries about what you worry about. Working from home, he's minutes from every property he manages, and gives your home the same attention he gives his own.
